Redemption Guidelines:

– Tickets are valid for 30 days from the issue date for the first park redemption. The second park must be redeemed within 7 days of the first redemption.

– Tickets cannot be refunded or revalidated, either fully or partially

– Tickets must be redeemed at the specified parks listed above.

– Tickets must be used by the same guests at both parks. Entry will be denied if any misuse of tickets is found at the gates

– Entry to Ain Dubai (Valid only during off-peak hours From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM & 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM )

– Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises

– Please carry a valid photo ID with you.

– Children below 3 years enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult.

How to get there Green Planet:

– By car: The Green Planet is located on City Walk, which is easily accessible by car. You can park at The City Walk parking for 4 hours, free of cost.

– By public transportation: City Walk is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and take another bus or hail a taxi to City Walk.

– By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the hotel from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

How to get there Ain Dubai:

– By car: Ain Dubai is easily accessible by car. If you’re in Dubai, follow the E11 highway and take the turnoff for Bluewaters Island. From Abu Dhabi: Follow the E10 and E11 highways to Dubai. Take exit 29.

– By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to the Sobha Realty Station in Dubai Marina, and then take the Dubai Tram to Jumeirah Beach Residence. Walk across the footbridge to Bluewaters Island. Take a taxi to Bluewaters Island

– By taxi: You can take a taxi to Ain Dubai from anywhere in the city. It’s a popular destination and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
